Conditions:

  • A 25% deposit is payable upon booking which is non-refundable. The remainder of the cost is due 2 months prior to departure.
  • A £50 damage deposit is also payable at this time.
  • The property is unfortunately not suitable for families with babies or very young children or disabled people.
  • Electricity and heating is included in the price.
    The property is non-smoking.
  • Rental includes all bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and weekly cleaning.
  • Arrival after 3.00pm and departure by 11.00am.
