The House
Our traditional Tuscan stone house is tucked away in the delightful village of Valdottavo, which is situated in the foothills of the Apennine mountains in Tuscany, only 20 minutes from Lucca and 40 minutes drive from the nearest airport at Pisa.

The house has recently been restored, and with central heating throughout, is available all year round, allowing skiers to take advantage of the main ski resort of Abetone, which is less than an hours drive away.

The house has a lovely position within the village, close to all the amenities and also enjoying a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and countryside.

The Property itself is on 3 floors and offers the following accomodation for 4-6 people:

Ground Floor:
- Utility Room with washing machine, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board and two bikes.
- New Luxury Fully Tiled Bathroom completed this year comprising of toilet, bidet, sink, bath and separate shower.

First Floor:
- Main Entrance with balcony overlooking beautiful countryside.
- Kitchen with full oven/hob, fridge, microwave and dining area.
- Lounge has two sofas (one converts to a double bed), TV, DVD and CD Player.

Second Floor:
- Main Bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Has an ensuite bathroom.
- 2nd Double Bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes.

The Patio:
- Large area for both sunbathing or relaxing in the shade and enjoying a leisurely meal or BBQ.
- Dining table and chairs, sun loungers, large parasol, BBQ, water fountain and full lighting system.

Car Parking:
- Property has its own driveway and parking area in front of the house but is only suitable for a small/ medium sized car. Alternative, safe and ample parking is available within 100 yards.
